After many rewarding years in the business, I have retired from the day-to-day operations of Mound Agency.  My daughter, Sheila, will be taking the helm as we move forward. She has grown up around this industry, understands our values, and brings fresh energy and vision for the years ahead. I know she will continue to lead with the same integrity, commitment, and care that you have come to expect.

Growing up around Mound Agency, I learned the business from the ground up and developed a deep appreciation for the relationships, integrity, and personal service that have shaped our family agency for decades.

A Miami University graduate with a degree in Social Work, I have built my career around helping individuals and families through nonprofit work and education. I am honored to lead Mound Agency into its next chapter alongside our experienced team, while continuing the high standards and personal commitment our agents have always known. It is especially meaningful to see the next generation joining the industry as my oldest son pursues his insurance degree and builds his own career in the family tradition.

Lisa has been in the insurance business for 40 years, with the past 20 at Mound Agency. She has an extensive background in accounting as well as life insurance. She is licensed for Life, Health, Property and Casualty as well as Medicare Products. In addition to managing the daily operations, she is available to assist you with everything from contracting to illustrations.

Lisa enjoys reading, traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and granddaughters.

Cheryl has spent her entire career in the insurance industry and has been a Senior Case Manager with Mound Agency for over 25 years. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of life and disability as well as annuities, long term care and Medicare supplements. Cheryl is Life & Health licensed and ready to assist you in meeting your clients’ needs with illustrations and customer service.

Cheryl spends her spare time with family and her cat Charlie.

Brady is currently a sophomore at Kent State University working on his insurance degree. He has his Life, Health, Property and Casualty licenses. In his spare time he works as a sports coordinator for a local school system. He is the third generation here at Mound Agency.
