After many rewarding years in the business, I have begun to take a step back from my day-to-day role.

My daughter, Sheila, will be taking the helm as we move forward.  She has grown up around this industry, understands our values, and brings fresh energy and vision for the years ahead.  I know she will continue to lead with the same integrity, commitment, and care that you have come to expect.

Having grown up in the insurance industry, stepping into a leadership role at Mound Agency feels both natural and deeply meaningful.  I spent many summers a a young girl filing paperwork and learning the ins and outs of the agency from the ground up.  Those early experiences gave me a strong appreciation for the relationships, integrity, and service that have defined our family business for decades.

I am a graduate of Miami University, where I earned my degree in Social Work.  My professional career has been rooted in service-working in nonprofit organizations and most recently spending several years in education as a Behavior Specialist.  Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenges, build stability, and plan for the future.

I am excited and honored to take on this new opportunity as I continue our family’s legacy.  With the support of our incredible and experienced staff, I look forward to serving our agents with the same high standards, dedication, and personal commitment that have always been the foundation of Mound Agency.

On a personal note, it is especially meaningful to see the next generation stepping into the industry as well.  My oldest son is currently in college pursuing his insurance degree and has already obtained his Life, Health, Property and Casualty licenses.  I am proud to continue building a family tradition centered around service, trust and long-term relationships.

Lisa has been in the insurance business for 40 years, with the past 20 at Mound Agency.  She has an extensive background in accounting as well as life insurance.  She is licensed for Life, Health, Property and Casualty as well Medicare Products.  In addition to managing the daily operations she is available to assist you with everything from contracting to illustrations.

Lisa enjoys reading, traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and granddaughters.

Senior Case Manager

Cheryl has spent her entire career in the insurance industry and has been a Senior Case Manager with Mound Agency for over 25 years.  She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of life and disability as well as annuities, long term care and Medicare supplements.  Cheryl is Life & Health licensed and ready to assist you in meeting your clients’ needs with illustrations and customer service.

Cheryl spends her spare time with family and attending racing events.
